1100g pond coming this week

ok, so its really one of those pvc-framed intex pools, but who cares?? 118x78x29.5 works out to around 1100g

for filtration, im going to finally install my two ocean clear filters, an fx5, and an xp3, until i sell my 250g and can buy a large pressurized pond filter to add on and use as a main filtration with the oceanclears as secondaries.

hoping to get away with 4 250w heaters for now. 2-250w keeps my 250g at a steady 80* easily, and thats with it not being insulated or coveed very well.

i know im going to have to make some adjustments to my plans, but hopefully most of it will work out as im planning.

one good question....barebottom, or few hundred pounds of pool filter sand?

Thats gonna be sweet...the pacu will love it...rounds a much better shape than rectangular, I'm gonna build a round house so can have round tanks everywhere....

sand bottoms rock. i love mine, the fish love sifting through it and moving it around. it gives them something to occupy there time. make sure to get the pics to work once you get it all going.

i shouldent have to worry about most fish besides maybe a ray being able to poke through the thick liner of the pool in anyones opinion, right?
