115* in SoCal. RECORD!

Suchus doing fine... It's not just the heat... I've been working straight the past two weeks without day off, so I missed water change on one of my small tank for 2 days. Can't miss the big ones.. Too many precious in those big tanks
 
silly cichla keep knocking the thermometer down.. but none of my tanks is over 85 degrees. but they are in the center of the house where it is coolest. it never got over 90 inside today, but it was 110 outside.

one of the dogs ate the low voltage wires to the A/C about 10 years ago and i never bothered to get it fixed... i didn't mind $60 electricity bills in the summer when everyone else was screaming about their $200 - $400 bills from their A/C. now i have the opposite problem, in the winter my electricity bills go up because of the tank heaters.. lol.

Put a thick blanket over your tank in winter :D

lol, i wanna see my fish.. i put insulation around the 3 sides i don't need to see through and this year i'm putting plexiglass over the top of the ones that don't have glass tops. and i may find a couple thick moving pads to cover the tops too..
 
it really sucked, I work in a warehouse, someone said it hit 125 inside. I left at 2pm and it was still getting hotter.

Lol, yea its pretty damn hot here. The past few weeks were fine like around 75 to 85s and then all of a suden this week is high 90s. Like wtfreak? haha

I know how you feel :D It started warming up last Saturday. I want it to be like 75* again :(

Yup, went to the movies yesterday and it was hot as heck. lol Tuesday movie day is awesome.
