I trust him. It's a female. Furthermore, she has the wrong body color to be a male (greenish grey vs. copper), her trailers do not extend past her caudal fin, and most importantly her vent is a nice round shape and not a pointy V shape. Sumara is definitely a female. A very nicely colored specimen but still a female.
