12" catfish?

okay thanks guys-I'll post pics when I get em.I have to admit-the catfish keepers came out of the woodwork here at mfk.I cant say the same for other forums when a question is asked.not sure why?anytime I see another keeper of a fish i know about or have owned etc i always try and help out.I guess everyone's different.catfish keepers rule!:headbang2

you bet man! hey if you want to check it out, im getting three pimelodus pictus tomrrow along with some cories and a rubbernose pleco, that ill post pics of in the photo lounge. ill pm u when its up if you want to check it out :D

Go with a Jurunese cat! Fish in the aquarium usually don't get as big as the ones in the wild. Probably only get around 16", plus they are slow growing. I have 2 of them and I could let you know in a few years how big they got. Lol

If you decide to go with limas keep in mind that they don't always get along with each other at least IME. Also they sometimes hover upside down like a headstander.
