Best way is to vent them. Since they're generally bred for large koks and long fins, a nuchal hump or finnage isn't the best way to tell.
It's a she because of the black spot on the dorsal (very most of the time is a female), and to back it up is her body shape. I can't say Im absolutely right but Im pretty confident it's a female. It's very hard to tell by venting for me unless the fish are bigger.
