12 hour countdown!!

Well my 11" WC Female Managuense is coming in 12 hours! So excited but it is 5 degrees around my area with a wind chill of -13 degrees and water plus freezing air does not mix well with fish . I think I paid $150 for her but I am not sure as I didn't get an invoice because of the shipping time. I rushed it as fast as I could to get her here. Invoice I guess is taped to the box. Well anyways Rapps said she was ready to lay eggs in her holding tank before being shipped so hopefully my male will be interested in her. He doesn't really have choice lmao as she is 4 inches bigger and would whoop his ass.

I wouldnt worry rapps always puts extra heat packs in when its cold.they def will do a little dance when they first meet, might look hostile for awhile but he probably will take to her shortly after, then about 2 months from now you can unload a few my way.good luck!

Thanks guys 10 hours left! I actually I have pics of my Beani on my camera but my sis has it on vacation right now she will be back in 2 days. I can't take pics of the Manny right away as I don't have my camera but I will get some up soon. He shipped it tonight for tomorrow morning. I got it next day air for the shortest amount of time the fish is in the box. It is really cold and I want to get her in my tank a soon as I can. Hey bigriver I would love to unload some growouts to you. Your getting the best lol all fresh genes and both Parents are Wild. My Male has tons of blue on his fins and he has a very unique fin pattern. Although I am not the happiest camper when it comes to his body markings but hopefully they will get more define. I just hope the female looks as good as the male.

rapps raised to price on 9-10"ers alot in the last few months. both male and females. he used to have wild ones 11-12" for $80. he got 9"s for 100 now.

What the hell are you talking about yes I AM!!! This will be my first pair of Managuesne so of course I am. I can't wait till the spawn! XR you are right they used to be cheaper but mine was 11" not the 9-10". The box weighs 33lbs so theres like 3 gallons of water in there to hold her which is alot for shipping a fish with UPS. I know Neoprodigy will say my fish delivers go by the hundreds of Gallons lmao!

yeah i know the feeling of getting home and seeing a 70lb box of water in front of my door.
