Thanks for the comments. I really do like this pleco. I have always loved the golden nuggets but they never grow big enough for my liking and they have always died on me. The L14 ticks all the boxes: colour , yellow, black and quite large.
Like a giant golden nugget!
I took a risk buying it cause the lfs kept it in 100% RO water.my water is hard.
So I acclimated him by drip for 8 hrs. So far so good on day 9. No signs of stress or ph shock.
Eatng daily on muscle, prawn, carnivore and massivore.
