I had originally thought of putting it in my 125 with my other larger cichlids, but out of respect to the original owners wishes of not having it get beat up, I just went ahead and put it in that tank and eliminated all chances of that happening. So far so good! Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves!
haha yeah thats awesome that its working but i doubt he would get beat up, my argentea is like 5in in tank full of other aggressive cichlids of similar size and his trailers and everything are absolutely perfect, NOBODY messes with him lol (and there are like 3 other fish larger than him) and yeah i can only imagine what you mean about all the colors, my little guy is still young and already starting to show that rainbowish sheen they get around their face and back when the light hits him so i can only imagine how great your guy looks being as massive as he is
