12" or less! LOL

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I wanted to post that I was informed that Don Conkell will be coming to Pruess pets some time in the next 3 or so months!!!!:headbang2

He will be speaking and it will be free for anyone to join!

I will keep this updated!

If you are selling FH's and people are buying them, what is the reason for not selling other large amphilophus, Parachromis, Vieja and so on.?
Most FH's grow faster than festaes and are the same adult size as jags etc. (for the most part)
Have your boss read this thread.
Let him/her know there is interest in all sizes of cichlids and people are willing to make the drive. Just remember to stock more of the common cichlids while maintaining a few of the rarer ones on hand.

Usual full size for a FH is approx 10-12". Some are bigger but not usually. My male is right around the 11" mark.

I am considering having my boss read this! He would probably like to and needs to!! LOL

here is a web link for you with some very nice pics of a good variety of fish

http://www.raubwelse.de/galerie/cichliden/cichliden.htm

Have you ever seen a bleekeri small spot, I assure you that the customers would love them. They start out as a greyish blah fish but transform into pure black with nice teal flecks a killer nice fish I have a colony of them

I haven't read the whole thread, but if I walked into a store i'd love to see Argentea, RTM, Pearsei etc.

Red Texas
Texas Escondido
Amp.Lyonsi
Chocalate
Golden Dempsey
P.Bulleri Sarabia
Blue Acara
Robertseni
HRP
Blue and or Gold Rams

and another not so common larger than 12 - the true common oscar

12" or less.. Only because majority of our clients have smaller set ups. Usually around the 55g mark.

I will be shooting for the Argentea and maybe the RTMs!
