i have tryed he dozen t want cucumbers or other veggies they just sit in my tank and rot he doze eat algae wafers and eats flake food he loves it comes to the top of the water for it but he would not leave my rtc alone when he was shedding his skin when he'd grow what else should i try feeding him but you think the gold fish is eating the baby guppy's

I don't put it past the goldfish either but speaking from experiance here I don't find goldfish to be smart predators and all the ones I have had were pretty docile. I have heard horror stories though about corydoras and such getting stuck in their throat.

I guess there is only one way to find out. Move one of the species and see if the shrimp keep vanashing.
 
frist i need to get some more shrimp i'll move the gold fish to my 10g for a week if the shrimp are there i know it was him
 
I'd advise taking veggies out before they rot, such as the morning after you feed them, and try feeding some more meaty foods like worms/prawn etc. I wouldn't put it past either of your fish to be picking off the shrimp. Plecos is hit and miss i know, it depends on the individual.
