Not too unbelievable that they look good since RD's aren't sensitive fish. And with all those fish (and very little room to move) there's probably no way for them to pick on any one fish.
Even with lots of water changes I'd be surprised if the nitrates weren't sky high though. Just a weeeee bit overstocked.
