Thanks everyone for the nice comments! I got this pair from House_64 (aka Sean) a few months ago and they have quickly become one of my favorite fish. Thanks again Sean and btw you're not a knucklehead just a good friend.
Ryanmahe -- I haven't measured them but I'd say the male is aprox. 9" and the female around 6".
Guapote -- Yep,finally got her set up and the fry are growing out in the 55. Hope your fry are doing well and it was nice meeting you.
Cichlidfever -- RTM's are one of my favorites too! I love the colors and patterns on them.
Casper 2000 -- Yes the tank is 4x2x2.
