Soulpatch - unfortunately its black gravel not sand...

Im not sure with the way the economy is these days if this is good pricing or not:

I figure the tank, stand, tops & lights are worth at least $225

I believe the UV sterilizer is a 24 watt (i'll have to check) and its not even 6 months old is worth $50 with the pump and hosing..

So does that mean the fluval FX5 is worth $175?

Again i'm not 100% on break down prices, so feel free to PM me and we can possibly work out a deal
