clown loaches, or a fire eel. some people report that they will eat smaller fish. I regularly keep rosy minnows with mine and have never seen my eels eat them, which are more then big enough to eat them if they wished too. the only downside is some of them will hit the 40" mark, at which a 120 would be too small. a lil' TLC in the form of frozen blood worms and earthworms at larger sizes, they can be complicated to get onto pellets. but are very peaceful ime with anything else in the tank, and certaintly a "monster fish" with color, and personality. peacock eels are a smaller cousin of the fires but ime will predate small fish such as male guppies and fry. the fish you have would be fine imo.
