I think i may try to create an island to the left with the wood currently in there i will make it look like a branch hanging over, i'll surround it in rocks and add more wood to give it a nice look then probably a large bunch of Java Fern in the centre if the island, a variety of mosses on the wood and maybe some Crypt's or Anubias at the base of the island with the Valisneria at the back maybe in pots?? so it doesn't get uprooted by the Geo's. I will mainly leave the right side maybe another pile of rocks or something but need to leave sand for the Geophagus. Just need to keep an eye out for suplies.
