Would this be acceptable for stocking a 120 gallon? I think it’s heavy but doable
2 angelfish
1 gold Severum
3 blood parrot
1 red tailed black shark
2 bristlenose pleco
2 spotted pictus catfish

Either way it should be alright, just make sure to not add more fish or let them breed out of control.

2 spotted pictus catfish

If the tank is 122x61x61cm, I don't recommend the spotted pictus catfish. From my experience with them, they can only really get proper exercise/reach full speed in tanks of 1.83m or more.
Not to mention only 2 is going to cause fighting. 6 or more is best to dilute aggression.

For those reasons, as well as the heavy stocking otherwise, I'd omit them overall. Even if the tank was 1.83m, I'd still leave them out because of heavy stocking.

The tank is a 5 footer and okay no pictus cats what I mentioned the filtration is 2 aqua clear 110 and a marine land emperor 400 along with a sponge filter I also would be doing weekly 50 percent water changes I do it on all my tanks except my 135 gets a 70 percent

I would say your filtration is good in terms of area for good bacteria. Only thing is that I'd up the water replacements to over 100% of the tank volume weekly.
For example, I do 55% on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday for a 165% total, and duanes does 30-40% every other day for a total of 120-160%.

LOL i have a 120 also a 5 footer but only 18 deep with 2 FX 6 and extra large sponge with a 10in Nasty and he gets 70% every other day but if i had MTS i would honestly do 70% once a week

That’s my problem i do have multiple tanks 5 to be exact that’s why I dedicate one day a week to doing between 50 and 70 percent water changes all the time

Do you have a Python? Doing a several-day-a-week water replacement schedule is much easier with one.
