I do have a python water changer unfortunately the Time is what I don’t have. Luckily I feel like my water maintenance has been enough my Oscars haven’t had hole in the head my blue rams are still living so I figure if neither of those have had issues the water has to be good enough plus at the worst I’ve seen 30 ppm nitrate generally it’s under 20

Just as a heads up, 20-30 ppm NO3 is chronically toxic. We're talking 2-3 years, in fact the very reason it's often considered acceptable by many is because it doen't cause issues/death immediately.
I'm surprised you haven't had issues if you've had your fish that long.

Oh really damn I always thought 40 and under was fine I always shoot for under 20 usually it’s around 15. Wow yah I’ve had my Oscar for 4 years nearly and he’s been just fine doesn’t even act like a single thing has ever been wrong.
