Hey everyone. I have a buddy that just kinda got into fish keeping. I don't think he's really into as much as a hobby as he is into it as just wanting a fish tank with big fish just for show. He bought a 120 off of my friend which has a weird footprint. It's a hexagon shape. It's 6ft long 12" on the ends and 18" in the middle and
I think 24" high. Anyway he wants to get some big fish and I was wondering what you all thought would be good? He was talking about oscars but idk how many would be good in that tank or what. Thanks in advance.

I was just unsure how many to tell him to get. He saw mine so he knows how big they get. But, I just didn't want him to get too many. So you all think 3 would be alright ? And he is an avid fisherman and wanted to maybe put a bullhead cat in there. Think that would be ok?

If you're friend isn't into the hobby, then aim for a lower maintenance setup, perhaps a group of mbuna
 
Well he has a couple Africans in there now, but he doesn't really like them since he found out they don't get very big so he was going to set up another tank for them. And in all honesty me or my buddy will probably end up doing the maintenance on it
