My gar is only 36" or so (just under 1 metre)

I had him in several tanks and outdoor ponds and he is now in my 196,000 litre tank. In the following video you will see him in the last minute or so.

The tank is great. I do not know how much money it cost, but I'm looking for a cheap alternative to large tanks.

VERY SORRY, I thought your question was where we keep our Alligator gars. Here is a picture of when we caught him out of an outdoor pond and moved him inside to one of my tanks.

I am glad that I have written off. I can not keep the GAR in the pond. For us it is winter in the pond temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius. I have to think of another solution.

Here I will shoot a new krmivko for my GAR. I weigh them in the aquarium and this is one of them, together they are over 500 pieces ( Pseudorasbora parva).

Slovakia:
Tu som vám odfotil nové krmivko pre moju GAR. Mám ich v zvášť akváriach a toto je jedno z nich, dokopy ich je cez 500 ks ( Pseudorasbora parva).

Gradually moved several pieces of the tank with GAR. When I see that there are a few pieces to add more. Thus, now being fed A.spatula

Slovak:
Postupne premiestňujem niekoľko kusov do nádrže s GAR. Keď vidím, že je tam pár kusov, pridám ďalšie. Takto teraz prebieha kŕmenie A.spatula

lookin like a real gator gar now man...awesome!

btw, excellent song choice:D what song is that?

How big is your gator? I have found that most of my gars won't take pellets until they are at least 12" in length, then afterward they just eat pellets like they have been eating them for years.
