Don't get me wrong, I hope you are right and you don't need to supply additional heat to the water.
In regards to controlling humidity levels, those units sound more like air exchangers than dehumidifiers. If you are talking about dehumidifiers, you'll probably need something designed for an indoor pool. A dehumidifier unit large enough to handle an indoor pool will draw more than 200 watts.
The air exchangers are basically just fans that draw air out from and into a space (that's why they only draw 50 watts each because it's basically just two fans). They can lower humidity if the air being pulled in has lower RH than the air being pushed out. The issue is that the return air is typically colder (I would imagine much colder in Sweden), so you will have to make up for that lost heat.
In the winter time, if I don't open a window the room gets muggy to the point it isn't comfortable to be in there. So I now keep a window cracked and even though that lets in cold air, I insulated the crap out of the tank so that heating it isn't that expensive.
