nice :)

just noticed that you are not using tahitian moon - can I have it back? :D

I'll trade some back for that driftwood

:)

beautiful tank and I love all your fish. How do the minuano do with the cooling down period? I would like to pick up some for my Gymno tank if its working for you.

beautiful!

Very nice FSM, how do the balzanii get on with their tankmates, but more importantly, eachother? Four is hopefully enough to keep the aggression of your big male spread; fins of the sub-doms look good. Fin colouration and patterning on the Yerbalito male is amazing.

Good to see people keeping a Uruguay specific tank with presumably a cooling period during winter. Completely unheated?

The C.minuano needs a cooling period too....
Veri nice gymnogenys anyway!!...but the common name is "Quilero" and not "Yerbalito"....."Blue Yerbalito" is a G.labiatus from the same area:
Gymnogeophagus labiatus "Blue Yerbalito" and Gymnogeophagus gymnogenys "Quilero"....both from the same Group ("gymnogenys")....and both from the same area; Centurion...names of the streams from Centurion;
Arroyo Ceibalito
Arroyo Yerbalito
Cañada del Vigia
Rio Yaguaron
