Sounds high to me. Last year I sold my 120g 4x2x2 with sump, lights and all for $300. But in your area it could vary.
Saturday I'm picking up a 180g, 40g breeder, 2x magnum 350 canisters, 1x aqtx 320 canister and stand for 180g for $275, so if I were you hold off.. unless you just have to have it.. in that case I do understand
