Don't let the -2 rating scare you away from this seller, I have purchased 2 large aquariums and numerous fish (both salt and fresh) from him, and the only negative thing I have to say about him is that he usually makes me offers I can't refuse and I always end up spending more money and time at his shop than I intended to. It is well worth the drive from Chicago and I have been to them all Scotts, Living Seas,Olde Town, Aquarium Adventures ect...
 
i agree cool guy and always has good stuff.he almost always has some nice rays and tanks.ive bought about 5 rays and 2 tanks off of him and all of the rays are doin great and no problems with the tanks.
 
THE NEGATIVE RATINGS ARE FROM GUYS THAT TRIED TO SCAM ME. DONT WORRY I HAVE MY ATTORNY DEALING WITH THE ISSUE RIGHT NOW. THESE GUYS THINK IM A JOKE. THIS IS HOW MY KIDS EAT. IT WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF IN A LEAGAL MANNER. THANKS FOR THE POSSITIVE REMARKS GUYS. ILL HAVE PICS TODAY. BEEN WORKING 14 HOURS A DAY. THIS IS MY BUSY SEASON. I can't speak to the two members that gave the negative ratings, but I have had several dealings with Carlos and he's genuinely a stand up guy. Very knowledgeable and very fair IME. I will continue to deal with, and buy, from Carlos in the future and would highly recommend him to others. He brings in rays and other fish that no other lfs has or is willing to bring in. His shop is an asset to the Chicagoland/NE Indiana area.:headbang2

If I was in your shoes I'de leave it under the rug rather than try to justify it. It's just gonna look worse in the longrun.
