The 3 males in that tank range from the smallest being around 3.5" and largest probably pushing 4-4.25". The male from my breeding pair in my 55 is slightly larger at about 4.5"
I am very eager to see how big these males get in the 125. With that size tank and no females around...I'm anxious to see how big they'll get
I don't know how it is in Indianapolis, but where I used to live in the midwest, power outages were occasional in winter, so I would paint styrofoam insulation panels black, and tape them to the back, bottom, and sides of my tanks. Beside the nice black, and hiding of cords, the styrofoam provided enough insulation to slow temp crashes during the outages. I always kept one panel for the front at the ready to be taped on if needed.
