So im going to get a 125 next weekend. going to upgrade my brackish tank. 4 mono sebea 1 archer 1 green scat 1 shark cat. im going to get another shark cat maybe 2 and at least one more archer. think that would be reaching the full point once they are all grown?

The archers will get 8"-12" max when fully grown, the monos don't get so long as they gain in height, so that depends on how deep the tank is. The Cats are what grow the biggest and quickest in the tank. I think for now and for awhile you can easily house that many fish in there.
If they all have sufficient places to hide, whether with rocks or plants (fake most likely) then IMO you shouldn't have a problem for awhile.
