125 for $100

Just picked up a 125 with stand and light for $100. A buddy of mine was hanging out at a body shop that a friend of his owns...and was telling some guys how he had just bought a 125gallon setup for $600 at a local petstore. One of the guys heard him and informed him that across the street at another body shop, there was a 125 setup that they were trying to get rid of for $100!!! Being the good friend my buddy is, he called me up right then and about 45 mins later I picked it up. What a deal!
Now on to a question for everyone. What is a good, reliable, decent priced canister filter for this. I already have 2 AC110's that will go on but I know that isnt enough.
The tank will house:
6-8 cichlids(2Xsajica,hrp,acara,brp,GT,chocolate maybe another)
2 cats(hoplo and pictus)
4-6 clown loaches
2 bichirs
2 plecos (rubber and bristle nose)
 
i run an xp3 and a emp 400 on my 125 and it works great has for about 5 years. nice find as well. goodluck
 
Wow 100 dollars what a bargain, wish I could find one like that around me. I think if I could I would go with 2 110's and a sump setup for redundancy - prolly wont need the 110's with a sump. Maybe throw in a couple power heads with sponges. Or a couple xp3's and forget the sump. Alot of options really.

I have the exact same on mine, and my bioload is more than yours, but with weekly water changes its fine.

I think the 2 ac110s will probably cover it, but you could always add a canister if you wanted, I would do an xp2 or 3. The ac110s are just so good you really can't go wrong with them.
 
Nice pickup, i actually just got a 125 from a doctors office that was moving and they werent gonna take the tank and i got it for a 100 bucks just like you! Mine had the tank, stand, tops, lights, and 2 magnum 350 canister filters! what a deal eh, the glass is a lil scratched up but i dont care.

aww man you got the filters and all!!! sweet! i gotta replace the tops on mine but i dont care, 100 bucks, i cant complain
