absolutely gorgeous! what are the small (dithers?) in there?

* Acrylic tank? if the scratches are on the outside, I highly reccomend Novus 123. You can buy a kit for about 20 bucks.I buffed a tank out by hand and it worked wonders! really! It worked wonders. and I wasn't trying for perfection.
