I'm sure hoping your not trying to put new silicone over silicone that was already placed down. It will not properly hold. Just a word of advice, when you silicone a tank all the silicone needs to be placed at one time. If you overlap or place any newer beads over older it is possible to hold water for a while, but eventually it will give away and there will be a huge mess.


Nice score on the tank though!
 
both passes were with new all the old was removed the seccond pass was only arround the bottom and was over the first that was under 24hrs old so not fully cured yet and it was properly cleaned
 
well tested it to day with water shes half full on the kitchen floor no leaks waiting till tomorrow to fill it to the top got the stand 80% done needs a couple more braces and some trim work

well got the stand home and marked for plumbing got most of the plumbing ready just need to cut some holes for the pump and then put it on the stand and put the plumbing in
