IMO, Two AC 110's are more than enough filtration for your 125 coupled with a 50% WC each week. A sump would be an added bonus, but not really neccessary. Since all your fish are still small, I'd put them all in the 125, minus the Convicts. I'd rehome the Cons and replace with a grouping of Firemouths. I'm not a big fan of Convicts.
You might be surprised how long they can coexist. Not every Oscar grows to a foot long and sometimes RIvulatus aren't as aggressive as advertised. Good luck with your new setup.

So two days into the tank being set up. After I moved all media filters substrate and water all the fish are doing great as I'm doing 25% water changes daily for a week. Only issue I have is the jack Dempsey is just kicking the **** outta my oscar. So I'm setting up the 75 with two penguins 350's and putting the jack dempsey in the 75.

Simple jack my JD is in the new tank I'm sure it's a girl thought. What do you guys think?
