125 Gallon Citrinellus Tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I like the plain yellow color. (dunno why, but lots of white isn't my cup of tea.)
might his profile grow more after he's separated?
Too bad there's not an almost nuchal-less citrinellus. (typical female here- not a nuchal lover) I'd keep one here for my g-grandson. his fave fish is the bright yellow kenyi who chases his hands & is always on the prowl. doesn't care much about the bigger calm fish.

Lol thats called a Red Devil, less likely to develop a nuchal hump. Once he gets the tank back his nuchal hump should come back.

Will upload pics later once I get done with class.

except, the whole front of red devil's faces are longerrrr. Lol there's no pleasing me. I like your midas mouths.

Quick little update. The male I kept gets a long fine with all the other fish surprisingly but his nuchal hump won't pop back up. Need to take the female Parrot and some of the Syns to a local store to lighten the load. Finally got the algae problem under control when I switched to different T8 bulbs.

Hey Chris, seems like their color has shifted from yellow, to orange. So what do you have left for cits in that tank? One male, and 3 females?

Looking real nice man!!!!! Very happy to see this thread cause I have small juvies of Midas and Argentea as well lol. Awsome fish you have.
