125 Gallon filter question

You can also setup some pothos in the sump or on the tank! They don't help with mechanical filtration but they suck nitrates up! Its very common to make a special compartment in your sump specifically for this plant, only the roots are submerged. I have 2 mature plants on my tank and they eat up about 40ppm n03 combined!

The sump has three sections to it so I think there is a spot that I can put plants in it. It also has an overflow switch that I have no idea how it work. Looks like I will need two 2" PVC overflows to support 1500gph sump. Just need to find a way to connect them to one outlet into the sump. Anyone know a good 1500gph pump?
