First off, great looking set up, and nice healthy collection of fish. Reminds me a lot of my last hap/peacock tank.
As far as if it will work out long term, or not, with cichlids there are never any guarantees.
I concur with the previous statement.
Sometimes fish that are generally labeled as being fairly mellow, become hyper dominant bullies, and sometimes those labeled as being fairly aggressive, turn out to be wimps. You just never know. Best advice I can give is leave females out of the equation. IMO & IME over the long haul it's much easier to keep harmony in an all male hap/peacock tank, than it is with females in the mix.

I don't see any glaring problems, but then again all fish have different personalities and each tank is different (and I have not kept some of those fish myself). Are these fish sexually mature, or are most of them still juvies? I ask because what works now, may not be ok once the fish reach sexual maturity and start vying for alpha male.
