Back to the topic lol. My experience with the salvini has been super aggression towards fish. They werent regular open water swimmers so definitely give them places to hide. They are very territorial. Also be careful with larger cichlids. At smaller sizes the salvini will dominate because it matures much faster. Mines bred at 2.5-3" in my 90 gallon. 3-4" butti, maculicauda, carpintis and dempseys were getting pummeled.
