I'd say a black wolf would work if you are open to a tank upgrade.
I like Deadeye's idea of a Fahaka puffer. They generally interactive, low maintenance and very murderous.
some of the Pike cichlids could fit the bill
Odoe pike maybe?

The black wolf is looking like a good option, I know the aggression is up there on the top of the list. I have not considered a Fakaha puffer, I will have to check them out.
