Place a piece of foam insulation board under the tank before filling it. Concrete unlike a wooden stand, doesn't have any give. In other words the glass will be the one compensating for the uneven concrete. I did concrete for years, and I can tell you even if it looks level, it's probably not. Add the foam board and it'll be fine. I had a 150g with no center brace and it held water fine. From the looks of the photos, you shouldn't have any troubles.
