pictures?

Sorry I"m workign on getting some. It's actually a tank that is listed on CL and has this one little leak. They said that it caused a very small little puddle on their floor before they even noticed it and then just drained it after that...

I requested pics. They stated that it's about half way up from what they can see. They're only asking $80 for the tank.

125 gal for 80 bucks is a good deal. as far as resealing it not that hard but you would strip the whole inside though if you wanted to you can try just putting some over were the leak is.

Resealing is better. Better to be safe than sorry. Also, new silicone does not stick to old silicone well.

Thanks guys.

I ahvea question... Why would a reseal come up after a couple of years? Would this be from not cleaning the glass surface enough prior to resealing?

Has anyone ever used "Motsenbockers: Lift Off"? It's for silicon latex caulk and faom remover... Would this be okay to use for the purpose if properly cleaned off?

That would be my guess. Good price Id grab it and do a full reseal.
