how do you differenciate between fasciatus and affinis

Oops my bad those aren't affinis.. Actually most Fasciatus are incorrectly labeled as Fasciatus, when they are actually L. Affinis.

The Lepronis I have there, is Leporinus Desmotes which is the rare, peaceful, non-plant eating headstander type variety.. Love em.. can be differentiated by the broken bars, when Affinis have very solid bars..

maybe i have affinis then? check for me please! my biggest lep bea the **** outta my parrot cich, and he was the dominant in the tank! ripped all his fins up and everything ! nasty but hes better now, here are pics in this thread, please take a look and tell me if i jave fasciatus or affinis, as the bars are solid. they are towards the end crappy pics though .. http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=132954
