How would Firemouths do with Bolivian Rams, Keyhole Cichlids, and Rummy Nose Tetra's?

What are others mates Firemouths could have?
they should be fine in a 125 rams are prolific once they get breeding. rummies are fast a school of them will help keep your upper tank strata occupied the firemouths will probaly not even pay any attention to them. some saifin mollies may work with some plants for the young to hide.

So the Rummy Nose should be fine with the FireMouths? Also the Firemouths, will they be to aggressive toward the Rams/Keyhole Cichlids?

I'm looking at these possible set-ups:

125G Heavily Filtered

(1)
*School of Rummy Nose Tetra
*Pair of Keyhole Cichlids
*Pair of Rams
*4-5 Firemouth
*Other Fish I can't think of at the moment

(2)
*2 Oscars
*Jack Dempsey
*1 Bichir
*4-5 Firemouths

(3)
*1 Green Texas
*2 Jack Dempsey
*4-5 Firemouths
*Bichir

(4)
*3-4 Severums
*1 Jack Dempsey
*4-5 Firemouths
*Bichir

(5)
*2 Jaguars

Any suggestions? Which one seems the most interesting/rewarding? I'm looking for something to give me years of enjoyment.

get some plecos for the bottom feeders. it sounds like you want a lot of fish that are colorful that people will like. i say go with african cichlids you can crowd them and they are some of the most colorful freshwater fish i have seen.

So option two wouldn't work? I thought FM's and Oscar's could work together, I guess was wrong. Is there anything medium sized to replace the FM's that would work in those numbers; a small shoal (4-5)? I really am leaning toward option two, I just would rather not have dead FM's.

I ask because others have said that option 3 might work, yet I thought GT's were more aggressive than Oscars.

How about the two Jags, will they be too big?

Besides my previous question, are there any large Cichlids I can keep in a colony? Are there any I can keep in a pair to observe breeding and interesting behavior along with some bottom dwellers and maybe some dithers?

I'd like a breeding pair of Oscars but you can't tell the M and F apart. Maybe Green Terrors? Suggestions?

Are there any interesting colony SA/CA species, or a very nice large pair I can have that will keep me entertained?
