The plecos cant be skipped. They're one of the main draws for the tank aside from the EBJD as far as the wife is concerned. Current species being looked at are gold nugget, blue phantom, green phantom, blue eyed red fin(this gets to 11" IO think?)
As far as SD's go, would sword tails work in replacement of them?
