I like the idea of a community of smaller fish...depending on your preference. I'd go with a chocolate cichlid/ acara tank if SA cichlids are ok with you

The three main ones i was thinking was cuban, midas/RD and jags before i even made this thread so i guess your replies pretty much confirm it. Out of curiousity, would similar species to jags such as red tiger motaguense or freddies show similar personality and agression as the jags? thanks everyone!

yes they do. but i would get a trimac if i were you out of all the fish i have breed this the only one i bought one back. get a trimac and you wont be disapointed

Id go with either a midas or reddevil,or maybe some green terrors.
