I would only sell sharks with tank in complete package. Just because i don't know how long it would take for the upgraded tank to come.

A bit of devil's advocate:

If you are upgrading because those sharks will quickly out grow that set up.... why sell them with it? Then somebody has just purchased sharks with a tank that is too small for them, right?

your right they would have to have another tank that is larger. I am purchasing the new tank for them, but i could only keep them in a 100g or so for holding. Last time my BB grouper had to stay at the LFS for a while and he died. So i am really scared of fish in holding tanks, besides the eel. I would rather them go to another home where they can enjoy life than sitting in a holding tank for a possible week or a couple. Sorry i didn't make that more clear.
