Mine grew about 1"-1.5" a month(I miss him), but I think they usually slow down at about that size.
Very nice pick up BTW.

just picked this guy 12inches irwini

Nice pick up man. I would say hes abouuuuut 90yrs old (J/K). These dudes grow so slow. I had one but got to inpatient. Looking at your fish, I wish I never gave him up

updated, irwini now he goes to the top to eat pellets..he moves alot more now.
