13" mystery Fish? ID?

Hi All! Just wondering if perhaps one of you all might be able to help me Id this guy/gal. I have no clue what it is, but it was literally scooped up out of about 4" of water and is about 13 inches long, also looks a bit more gray in color than the pics show.

I intended to mention that is was caught in a river in eastern Maryland too, if that helps at all

Yeah, i'm looking them up (carp I mean) on fishbase now, but it's really slow and so far nothing fits.

Definatly some sort of sucker. Reminds me of a chub with those bony things on its head!

Dunno, the coloring seems a bit off for that, though I've never seen a real live horned dace, so I have nothing to compare it too
