Thanks , I just got lucky and he was a return at the shop and they were stuck with him in a 4ft tank on his own so they could not stock it with other fish . It took me 3 weeks to buy tank and set up to get him and luckily he was still in shop unsold !! that was nearly 2 years back

not bad i got mine (back ehrn i had red devils) for £15 she was 5 inches oh yeah and were did you get that sand/ gravel, i cant find it anywhere in leeds (west yorkshire)

its just 5mm pea gravel / shingle cost £10 for 25k which did my tank . I like it too wish I had know before I did my other tank with sand

beautiful fish my man. I had one that looked just like that. 13", 8 years old who passed. i love the fish and they have so much personality. awesome setup too. keep up the strong work
