A large school of clown loaches? Something like 15? They have great personality in big groups, fire eels, maybe some nicer severums? A pair of notatus, a pair of polenni, ebjd are always a good addition. I love keeping large fish that are on the less agressive side.

You could always leave it empty and tell people you have invisible fish? then when they laugh put food in the tank. :D:D

what about a big community tank of small fish? bunch of tetra's and stuff like that?

Wow, that 125 sounds awesome! I actually have 14 burundi I just got the other day. They're all about .75" or so and are in my 55. I'm lookin for some tankmates for them. Since to my knowledge they're slow growers, I plan to replace my current sa/ca stock in my 150 with the africans at some point down the road. I also just got a black aro for my 180 and am looking for some mates for him/her as well. I think you need to post some pics of your tanks!

Dude that sucks so much. Pics!?

I have pictures in my gallery of alot of the fish i had. I was getting ready to take more this weekend to show how big alot of them had gotten over the summer. I did not take any pictures of the floaters as my father had already gone out in the field and dug a hole and buried them so i would not have to see. I have been letting him stay with me and he was just trying to be helpful. As of today he has cleaned and bleached all my large rocks and gravel. He has also scrubbed and cleaned the sump and filter boxes. This weekend he is going to help me clean the tank and we are going to refill it and get it cycling again. I will most likely do a water change on my 125 right into the 300 so i can get some fish in it, that way if i find what i want to put in it, it will be ready.

sorry about your loss. i would do a planted tank with about 200 neon tetras... or 200 of those glow fish....

You have a cool dad. Good of you to let him get involved with your hobby.

My family knows better than to so much as think about touching anything near my tanks. I've chewed my dad for messing with the tanks during a power outage and they all have a healthy fear now. :D

If my large-fish 180gal brackish ever crashed, I'd go with a more community-style tank, but still low-end brackish. With a 300 gal, I imagine it would be spectacular.

Up to dozens of

Both morphs of orange chromide

bumble bee gobies, several rainbows do well in low-end brackish, zebra blennies, fire eels (I have one in my BW tank now), Killies, limmias, sail fin mollies, guppies, etc.

Damn that sucks!

300g stocking... Simple.

Arowana! Silver, black or my favorite, an 'afrowana'!

Maybe some piranha or bass for tankmates, and an Ornate Bichir or some type of monster catfish for a bottom dweller...
NO! No piranha! They can not coax with anything.
Here are my suggestions:
2-3x t-cup stingrays
2-3x geo jurupari or any kind geo
1x flagtail prochiodulis ( fish in avatar, will grow to be 12'', most rare cases 16'')
clown loaches
tigrinius catfish or jurense
royal clown knife
Bala shark or 2!
That'd be a crazy but sweet tank!
