i hope that top is tightly closed! or else those kids will be able to get a lot closer to that blacktip!

but yea that is very nice! no petstores, lfs have anything near that! well one did and had a couple smaller sharks but now has a 4ft gator!

the tank and shark are awesome, but within another 6 months it will be considered nothing but cruel to keep the blacktip in there. the need tanks in the range of 20,000 gallons, the grow extremely fast, i hope they have a plan to put him somewhere else


what do they feed him? pleeeease don't say goldfish


that tank would be awesome with a small cat shark or two and a ton of tangs

what a waste! how many gafts or armatus could go in there

You could keep one of each. Armatus are already proving to not play well together and a GATF gets much bigger than the shark pictured.


I like the tank just the way it is. I much rather have that shark swimming in my tank than any aro/dat/cichlid combo that anyone has stated.
