14" Armatus eats 8" live brown trout- HQ Video

When i bought them last year at 7" they were on dead food - so thats all i have ever fed them.

They take mussels, whitebait, sprats . the can be fussy eaters tho esp when young!

a few people asked me to show them live feeding - so i did

Awesome fish tho!

That isnt my biggest tank either- wait till i post feeding vids of my 24" tem p bass, 26" snakehead, 19" airmara wolf etc

They destroy anything that goes in the tank!!

Armatus are my favorite fish, hope to have some one of these days...

In your video the aimara wanted to snag the brown trout from your armatus lol, he kinda tried biting it but took off
