wow 300G those little guys are deffinately enjoying that extra room. But then again when your dats are fully grown they'll fill that sucker up. Nice lei too
 
hey casp, thanks. the Dats are all gone, just housing 1 8'' NGT with the Aro. The NGT seems to harass all the dats...especially the ones his size... so i got rid of all cept him. the thing is the tank is on a stand that was already built/attached to the living room. im not sure as to if the stand will be durable for a very lnog time with all that weight... but im sure they wouldnt make a stand looking attachment that couldnt hold much weight right? the house is 4 yrs old so im assuming its strong enough.
 
I totally feel you on the weight concern bro. I'm adding a 150 to the second floor of my house and I'm hoping it'll be fine. It should be though my house is about 3 yrs old and most new houses are built to hold a lot of the weight. But yeah your stand should be fine.
 
thanks hotslime, btw i have a 6'' distichodus with the leichardti and 8'' NGT. will the distichodus kill the NGT as it grows to its fullest size?
 
ill get em up later. but i noticed the 5'' distchidous is harrassing the 5'' redhook sivler dollar....i dont see it harassing the NGT or the Lei but im thinking of selling the distichodus cuz from wat i hear it gets really agressive as it gets to its adult size....will i have problems keeping the aro,ngt, distichodus?
 
I've heard that there quite aggressive as well, though I don't have any personal experience with these fishes. Is that all your planning to keep in the 300？
