That's my dominant male. They're still showing quite a lack of colour in the head region but he's got stunning colour and pattern in his fins.

I know you have more shots you wanna post!

C'mon, just a few more! Make this your official geo thread!

I don't actually, my mate with the 400D left for home yesterday so I don't have any fantastic new photos. If you're lucky I might troll what I have and put some more up. I've got an awesome new piece of driftwood in the display too but I don't want to use my camera any more because it seems so terrible.

Good news, I'm borrowing another mates 400D for a few weeks, picking it up this weekend, with some even better lenses, so then I really get to play!

Nice!! Looking forward to the results!

Alright, here's some photos from July 6 and July 8 that I didn't put up before.

Start off with a non-Eartheater.

6 1/2" Male Hypselecara temporalis

Liked this shot because it shows off the body sheen and lighting perfectly.

Four shots above are my Male (?) Geophagus altifrons 'Rio Tocantins'.

Dominant Male Geophagus sp. 'Araguaia Orange Head'. Colours on those shots are a little warped as they were shot in JPG so adjusting the white balance is a bit tough.

Enjoy :)
