Sorry I didn't see this sooner. since being reamed by the mods here so badly about posting links to my site here, I just don't come here very often anymore. I would need to know a lot more about the puffer's environment. I do agree that most meds are not a good thing for your puffer, especially ich meds. It can literally peel off a puffer's skin! I'm not sure why you'd use Quickcure for a bad eye & concave belly. sounds more like internal parasites, which would be contagious to all your fish. A lot of the antibacterial meds you are tossing in there without a diagnosis, can easily crash the biological system, which will make his health issues much worse.
Swollen/cloudy eyes are usually caused by water quality issues & generally clear up when this is resolved. My guess is you don't QT any of your new inhabitants? Keep up with the water changes & please answer ALL the Qs below:
1) Your water parameters - pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrates and salinity (if appropriate). This is by far the most important information you can provide! Do not answer this with "Fine" "Perfect" "ok", that tells us nothing. We need hard numbers.
2) Tank size and a list of ALL inhabitants. Include algae eaters, plecos, everything. We need to know what you have and how big the tank is.
3) Feeding, water change schedule and a list of all products you are using or have added to the tank (examples: Cycle, Amquel, salt, etc)
4) What changes you've made in the tank in the last week or so. Sometimes its the little things that make all the difference.
5) How long the aquarium has been set up, and how did you cycle it?
We want to help, and providing this information will go a LONG way to getting a diagnosis and hopeful cure that much faster.
